Healthcare is going through a period of dynamic change. Participating in the disruption of existing models, having continuous learning opportunities, and most importantly, helping organizations improve the health of populations, has been the driving force behind my decision to work in healthcare.
The diverse experience Alex has gained working for both nonprofit and for-profit healthcare entities is a tremendous benefit to hospital, health system, and medical group leadership as they tackle the dynamic changes in today’s healthcare environment. As organizations develop new service lines or evaluate their competitive environments, Alex’s background in market research, operational and business development strategies, and program evaluation enables him to translate complex analytics into actionable insights to help his clients make critical decisions.
Before joining ECG, Alex worked as a Market Research Analyst and Program Manager at Kindred Healthcare. There he helped leadership to create strategic plans, led advances in maximizing operational effectiveness, prepared market research analytics, and assessed clinical quality measures. Prior to his work with Kindred, Alex served as a Program Evaluator and Data Analyst for the Native American Health Center in San Francisco, where he helped integrate medical and behavioral health services, managed clinic-wide analysis projects, and established new funding opportunities through federal and state grant awards.
